We can offer complete turnkey boiler installations using all major boiler manufacturers. Our service includes the design, installation, commissioning and after sales service of boilers operating on all fuels. Most boilers incorporate the latest combustion and level control technology offering improved boiler efficiency with greatly reduced emissions of CO/CO2.

Our own engineers can carry out full servicing of all boiler plant including combustion equipment, level controls, TDS systems, boiler economisers and pumps – in fact your complete boiler package. We carry a range of boiler spares to suit many boilers and offer full out of hours cover for service contract clients together with discounted spare parts. We can offer full annual insurance inspections together with 5 yearly non destructive testing of boilers in line with current insurance requirements. All refractory works are undertaken when required using the correctly selected temperature grade to suit each boiler.

We offer a full boiler welding repair and re-tubing facility which is fully accredited and approved by all insurance companies to comply with boiler construction standards. Our engineers are fully insurance accredited and certified for pressure vessel repairs. All repairs to boilers are carried out to the same exacting standards as the original construction code and are fully certified by insurers upon completion.

We can supply any component or consumable part required in most cases the next day to suit all main boiler manufacturers. Preferential discounts are standard to our service contract clients. We recognise that having an easily available source for spare parts and consumables can make the difference when it comes to boiler operation and potential loss of production due to breakdowns.

We can supply, install and commission boiler flue gas economisers to almost all boilers giving a fuel saving of between 4-8%. All works are carried out using our own fully trained engineers. Where economisers are fitted, the benefits include greater fuel economy, less thermal shock on the boiler, reduced boiler pressure fluctuation and reduced CO2 emissions.

We can carry out full supply and installation of heat recovery equipment to both boilers and various items of production plant such as paper corrugators and laundry colanders, recovering high temperature condensate. By installing individual, designed heat recovery systems using the latest equipment and technology fuel savings of up to 10% can be achieved together with better management of water and effluent.
